This creation is for lemon lovers and it includes lemons, sugar, Absolut Citron, lemon and lime.  This is served with a lemon garnish.

Pina Colada
An exciting blend of Malibu Coconut Rum, Blue Curacao, pineapple juice, and served with a cherry garnish.

Rooster Mandarin
This satisfying concoction includes Absolut Mandarin, Malibu Coconut Rum, Sweet Vermouth and Grenadine.

Mango   
This libation includes Absolut Citron, Mango Liqueur, Malibu Coconut Rum, lemon, orange and cherry.

Tangerine        
A fruity drink with Absolut Citron, Tangerine Liqueur, and Bacardi Silver garnished with orange and cherries.

Cantaloupe  
What did one melon say to the other? We can’t elope we’re too young! But you can with our Cantaloupe Martini.  Absolut Citron, Midori Watermelon Liqueur, and orange juice combine to create this summery sipper.

Galveston Cocktail                                                     
This Galveston original is a blend of Premium Gin, grenadine, lemon, and pineapple juice.

Cosmopolitan                                                   
People are crazy over this selection that might have been listed under our fruit selections based on its ingredients.  Absolut Citron, Cointreau, cranberry, lemon and served with a lemon and cherry garnish.

Cocktail's Cocktail                                                       
A more traditional blend of Premium Vodka and dry vermouth served with an olive garnish makes this an old favorite.  You can take this one dirty or clean! 

Blue Lagoon 
This is a very tasty libation of Absolut Citron, Blue Curacao, lemon and lime served with a lemon twist garnish.

Mexican Martini       
From south of the border we have a cocktail that includes Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila, Grand Marnier, Cointreau, lime, orange juice, sweet & sour mix served with a lime garnish.

Ragin’ Cajun’                     
Giving our neighbors on the East a chance to shine. We would like to present a combination that includes Absolut Peppar, Tabasco, and a Jalapeno Pepper.

Continental
Combining ingredients from many parts of the world. The Continental contains Remy Red Fruit Cognac, Grand Marnier, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, garnished with an orange.
